The Meaning Behind Sacred Messengers
White Buffalo, sunflowers, mountain, eagle … each brings a unique and distinctive energy and metaphysical gift into our lives. If you found your way to this page, it means you like to explore the connection and meaning of special animal appearances and other synchronistic experiences. Deep down we know they have an important message for us.
Some call these “messages from the universe,” “notes from the universe,” or “God-winks.” I think something much more exciting and powerful is going on when these events happen and so I call these experiences, “Sacred Messengers.” I don’t believe they are accidents or serendipity. I hold these experience in extremely high regard because I believe the messages are from God, our Angels, Spirit Guides, and Higher Self! They are a clear and repeated proof that the Divine is always trying to communicate with us — to help, guide, support and direct us to our highest and best good …and what could possibly be more exciting then that?!

- Sacred Messenger = The animal, person or thing the Divine uses to relay its message.

Spirit often communicates in metaphors and symbols. This is because words are limited in what they can convey and the Divine is often communicating with us on many levels, some we understand right away, other meanings unfold over time. When you ask a question of the Divine, its response may seek to clarify or confirm a question you have, provide a deeper understanding of yourself or an issue, or shift you into a new direction or perspective.
