Reconnect to Well-being and Joy
It is my joy to use my intuitive gifts and experience to help others reconnect to their joy, both the big joys of life purpose and passion and the little joys of everyday pleasures and moments of well-being.
Joy is not a luxury. Joy and love are two of the highest vibrational and healing states to be in. Joy has a ripple effect, it not only heals and fills you with well-being, it also lifts the vibration of those around you, and ultimately it can heal and elevate the planet.
Reconnecting with joy doesn’t require a major life overhaul (although it can in extreme circumstances). It’s a balance of pin pointing and loosening the hold of the blocks to joy while acknowledging and moving in the direction of joy. I call this following the breadcrumbs of joy. The clues to your joy are all around and within you. They are in your spiritual blueprint, your individual preferences, your interests, curiosities, and passions, and so much more.
Finding and following your joy isn’t necessarily easy. If it were, we’d all be skipping down the yellow brick road together. Living a more joyful life will require you to make choices, sometimes tough choices. Especially when those choices require you to go against what you’ve been raised to believe, what others expect of you, or even what you expect of yourself. It will require keen self awareness, honesty, and the willingness to try a new way of navigating life.
Through it all, I am here to support you with intuitively guided insight, energy healing and coaching. Think of me as your training wheels, helping you stay the course until you are soaring on your own.

Where does the information come from?
The information I receive during a reading is a co-creation of your intention and channeled insight from Spirit. Similar to dials on a radio, I tune into your frequency connecting to your higher self and to your spirit guides, angels, and sometimes your loved ones who have passed on, and relay the information that I receive to you. This is why we are often called “Channels” or “Mediums” as we serve as the conduit between you and those on the other side of the veil.
The information received is reflection of your vibrational state and intentions at this moment in time. Most of the information that comes through resonates deeply for clients. Occasionally, some things come through in a reading that make no sense at moment, but later something happens and it suddenly makes perfect sense, so as best you can, keep an open mind.
What to do with what you hear
If what you hear resonates, then you can take it as confirmation that you are on the right track. If you don’t like what you hear it does not mean you are destined to experience something whether you like it or not. It simply means that you need to use your FREE WILL to make some changes. As an Intuitive, I’ll tell you what I see is coming up, but you need to do the work to make it happen or not.
Can I change my future?
Although you may come into this lifetime with soul contracts, most of your future is not written in stone. You have the full power and authority to create your own life. Your life is made up of all the little and big decisions and choices you make every day. My goal is to help you move consciously and intentionally towards your highest joy and purpose.
