I found Natalie’s podcast information on “Fear: The emotion no one likes to talk about” to be a refreshing, supportive and honest approach to recognizing that FEAR is something we create with an emotional response to our thoughts and then respond to that creation even to the point of physical anxiety. Her analysis and personal insight from her own life experience lends even more thrust to her presentation with the use of tools and processes she has gleaned along her path from fear to fabulous. Really worth listening to and applying to one’s own fears, be they little ones or frightening ones. Kudos to this fresh look from this bright new voice with a myriad of life experiences already under her belt. Thank you, Natalie and keep writing and speaking. There ARE hearing ears and hearts out in the world waiting for your next words.
