Endings make space for new growth

Like you, I sometimes struggle with big decisions.
 
And for the past six months or so, I’ve been wrestling with some really important decisions. I’ve been trying to figure out how to make more space for what makes my heart soar, which is painting and creating beautiful and meaningful art. Should I or shouldn’t I? If so, how much or how little? Can I afford to? How can I make it work and still support myself? Sometimes my choices impact other people, and I don’t like to let other people down, which adds more weight to the decisions.
 
Deciding what to let go of in order to make space for new growth and new endeavors hasn’t been easy. Once I made a few decisions though, it felt like weights were lifting off my shoulders. I noticed that the “weight” that is released comes almost as much from flipping the switch from “undecided” to “decided” as it does from the actual choice that is made. Indecision does create a weight of energy. This is because when we ponder a decision, our energy is pooling and building up. When we don’t make a decision, that little vortex of energy weighs on us. Once we decide though, it releases and the momentum of that energy propels us forward into action so we can make things happen in our lives.

Energy Wellness Services End on April 1, 2021

One of the actions that I’m taking today, is write to you and let you know that as of April, 1, 2021, I will no longer be providing one-on-one services for Reiki energy healing or hypnosis.

I didn’t want to leave you hanging, so below is a list of people who’ve trained with me, either for Usui Reiki certification or Reiki Release Emotional Healing Method certification. In addition to in person work, most of them work remotely as well and offer a variety of other energy work and wellness services. Each of them is doing amazing and unique work in the world, so be sure to check them out.
