8 Concepts of Healing

The path to Bell Rock, Sedona, AZOur life journey is a path of learning and healing. It is a journey towards remembering who we really are: one with the Divine and therefore one with Love, Joy, Abundance and Bliss. I came across these concepts while preparing for a new workshop retreat. I think the 8 Concepts beautifully summarize the healing journey:

  1. Healing is a lifelong journey toward wholeness.
  2. Healing is remembering what has been forgotten about connection, unity, and interdependence among all things living and nonliving.
  3. Healing is embracing what is most feared.
  4. Healing is opening what has been closed, softening what has hardened into obstruction.
  5. Healing is entering into the transcendent, timeless moment when one experiences the divine.
  6. Healing is creativity, passion, and love
  7. Healing is seeking and expressing self in its fullness, its light and shadow, its male and female.
  8. Healing is learning to trust life.

Suggestion: Ponder each concept and notice what bubbles up for you. Does a particular concept make you uncomfortable (ex. # 3 “embracing what is most feared” or “trusting life”)? If so, it is a good indication of area that needs love, forgiveness work, and healing.

I encourage you not to ignore the fear or hide from it because it’s keeping you from fully experiencing your divine nature (love, joy, peace, abundance). Instead gently explore the edges of your fears. Take a moment and ask Archangel Michael to help you face your fears, Archangel Chamuel to help you find healing through forgiveness and Archangel Raphael to help you heal any patterns or wounds associated with these fears. Then give all the fears over to the Divine to begin the healing process.

That is all you have to do for today.

Love & Light,
